Job summary

Tiltas Systems LLP is seeking a motivated Zoho Application Developer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. You will develop, maintain, and improve Zoho applications, leveraging Zoho Creator, Zoho Commerce, and Deluge scripting to automate business workflows.

You will work on integrations, APIs, data management, and analytics, while configuring forms, reports, and dashboards and ensuring smooth CRM operations across Zoho apps.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Zoho application development or related work.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Understanding of Zoho Commerce and e-commerce workflows.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and webhooks.
• Understanding of databases and relational concepts.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn Python and other Zoho apps.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Flow.
• Experience with API integrations and SQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Zoho applications using the Zoho platform.
• Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Commerce, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho apps.

• Monitor existing applications and implement improvements.
• Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows.

• Develop custom Zoho Creator apps, forms, portals, and workflows.
• Write Deluge scripts for business logic and automation.
• Convert requirements into features and debug existing scripts.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and e-commerce workflows in Zoho Commerce.
• Assist with website updates and Zoho Commerce configuration.
• Troubleshoot e-commerce operations and API integrations.

We are looking for a motivated Zoho Application Developer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The idealcandidate will work on developing, maintaining, and improving Zoho applications and business workflows. • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using the Zoho platform.
• Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Commerce, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.

Custom Development-

• Develop custom applications, forms, portals, and workflows using Zoho Creator.

Zoho Commerce Operations-

• Manage and update product listings, categories, pricing, and product information.
• Support e-commerce workflows including orders, payments, and customer-related processes.
• Assist with website updates and configuration in Zoho Commerce.
• Troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce operations.

Integrations & APIs-

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• Create and consume APIs for data exchange between applications.
• Assist in debugging integration and API-related issues.

Troubleshooting & Support-

• Identify and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Handle development and support tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot workflow, script, integration, and data-related problems.
• Optimize applications for reliability and performance.

Data, Reports & Analytics-

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and business workflows.
• Work with application data and maintain proper data structures.
• Support teams by providing useful operational reports and analytics.
• Follow appropriate data security and access-control practices.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Zoho application development, customization, or related development work.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Understanding of Zoho Commerce and e-commerce workflows.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and webhooks.
• Understanding of databases and basic relational database concepts.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new Zoho applications, tools, and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage but not mandatory (willingness to learn Python is expected).
