Job summary

Growth For Impact in Bengaluru is seeking a Zoho Developer to design, build, and maintain Zoho Creator apps and Zoho CRM customisations. You will implement REST API integrations, webhooks, and middleware to connect Zoho products with external systems.

The role requires hands-on Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator experience from scratch, and a strong grasp of Zoho Books and invoicing within Indian GST workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience building Zoho Creator applications from scratch.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM administration.
• Understanding of Zoho Books structure.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0.
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow or equivalent middleware for integration orchestration.
• Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
• Practical exposure to manufacturing and/or inventory management processes.
• Ability to map real-world operational processes into system workflows and identify gaps or automation opportunities.
• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics.
• Exposure to GST-compliant invoicing and Indian finance/taxation workflows in Zoho Books.
• Experience integrating Zoho with external data warehouses or BI tools.
• Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or EV/energy company.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on Zoho Creator to support business processes
• Customize and extend Zoho CRM — modules, layouts, blueprints, workflow rules, approval processes, and automation using Deluge
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks
• Translate business requirements from sales, operations, finance, and manufacturing teams into scalable Zoho solutions
