We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. The role entails collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, conducting in-depth analysis of processes, and recommending IT solutions to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams to design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals and strategies.
• Lead requirements workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to evaluate the feasibility and implications of proposed IT solutions.
• Oversee user acceptance testing to validate that IT projects meet business requirements and deliver value.
• Help create intuitive and effective systems and processes, keeping user experience in mind.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in IT projects, demonstrating expertise in system analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong grasp of business processes, workflows, and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Proficiency in utilizing various business analysis tools and techniques to drive successful project outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey complex information and build consensus.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle to facilitate seamless collaboration with development teams.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools, adapting to project needs and timelines.
