Responsabilidades

Job Description

We are looking for a fresher who is interested in Zoho Books, accounting applications, and business process automation to join our team.

The candidate will work closely with our implementation team to understand customer requirements, configure Zoho Books, support integrations and customizations, and assist in delivering solutions based on business requirements.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in accounting software, ERP applications, APIs, and automation and wants to build a career in Zoho applications.

Requirements

• Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho Books based on customer requirements.
• Understand business and accounting processes such as invoicing, expenses, payments, customers, vendors and reporting.
• Assist in creating custom workflows and business automations.
• Work with Zoho Books APIs and support third-party integrations.
• Learn and work with Deluge scripting for customization and automation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to understand and deliver requirements.
• Perform testing of configurations, workflows and integrations.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and implementation notes.
• Participate in customer discussions and understand functional requirements.
• Continuously learn new features and capabilities across the Zoho ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
• Exposure to Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or databases.
• Understanding of GST and Indian accounting practices.
• Any academic/project experience involving automation or business applications.Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn, good at logic, and interested in understanding how technology can solve business problems. Prior Zoho experience is not mandatory for the right fresher.
