Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD is seeking a Zoho Administrator who will manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and related tools. You will develop workflows, automate processes, and integrate Zoho with external systems to meet business needs.

The role requires hands-on training and support for users, documentation maintenance, and staying current with Zoho feature releases to improve adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One suite products.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support.
• Optimize existing Zoho setups to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain documentation for all development, configurations, and processes.
• Conduct training sessions on Zoho applications for internal teams and external clients.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to users on Zoho tools.
• Assist in the basic setup, customization, and usage of Zoho applications.
• Help employees understand workflows and improve system adoption.
• Troubleshoot basic Zoho-related issues and provide timely support.
• Prepare simple training materials, user guides, and documentation.
• Stay updated with Zoho features to enhance training effectiveness.
• Create user manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with Zoho suite (especially Zoho CRM, Creator, and Books).
  
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
  
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Prior experience in training or mentoring users is highly preferred.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Zoho Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Willingness and ability to train and support internal and external stakehholders on Zoho tools
  
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach
  
• Ability to understand business requirements and implement solutions
  
• Basic knowledge of integrations or automation is an added advantage
