Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Bangalore team. You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, while building integrations with Workday and other systems.

The role requires 7–12 years in IT with at least 5 years hands-on ServiceNow development, including HRSD, ITSM, and related modules. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to best practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years IT experience with 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog and integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday; Agile, Git and CI/CD familiarity.
• SA/C ADS certifications preferred; CIS-HRSD an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow apps and workflows.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Develop modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with PM, stakeholders, and teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

We are currently seeking a Z2_Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Build and enhance modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (HR integrations preferred).
• Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred; CIS-HRSD is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration programs.
• Exposure to Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Location Requirement

Bangalore – Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
