Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor in Bengaluru, India, to drive ServiceNow integration efforts and ITSM strategy across client projects. The role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow components, REST/SOAP/WSDL, and enterprise system interfaces with LDAP/ADFS/SSO and CMDB-related tasks.

You will collaborate with business partners, lead portal customizations, coordinate update sets, and support Change/Incident/Problem and Asset Management.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration and ITSM processes.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, WSDL and web services.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS and SSO.
• Proven ability to manage multiple update sets across instances.
• Excellent communication with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across all phases of project delivery.
• Perform design reviews, documentation creation and peer code reviews.
• Integrate enterprise software systems with ServiceNow.
• Lead ServiceNow portal customizations and CMDB activities.
• Coordinate Change/Incident/Problem/Asset Management and related ITIL processes.
• Manage updates across multiple instances and environments.
• Be available for on-call rotation as required.

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. This includes, but is not limited to development of project estimates, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews
• Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
• Very good experience on CSM implementations ( Case Management)
• Extensive experience on service portal customizations
• Knowledge on Order Management
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on and web services integrations.
• Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture and relational databases.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
• Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
• Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business partners
• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required
• On-call rotation as required
