Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficient with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog.
• Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP, using MID Server.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform

• Design and manage knowledge bases for IT policies and FAQs
• Configure ticket triage and intelligent routing using assignment rules and predictive intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with:

• Ticket triage and routing mechanisms
• Experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with Virtual Agent or chatbot implementations
• Exposure to Predictive Intelligence / AI-based routing
• Basic knowledge of CMDB and ITOM
