Job summary

Raise is seeking a proactive Senior Associate, YouTube Marketing, to own and scale our YouTube and Instagram presence from the ground up. You will craft strategy, coordinate with editors and designers, and ensure content is high quality, discoverable and audience-building.

The ideal candidate has proven growth experience on YouTube and Instagram, strong SEO instincts, and superb storytelling with hands-on management of editors and freelancers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling a YouTube channel and an Instagram page.
• Familiarity with AI video and content tools to speed up workflows and improve editing.
• Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, the algorithm, thumbnails, retention and Instagram Reels and carousel mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own the YouTube and Instagram strategy with a 3-6 month growth roadmap.
• Build channels from scratch and set up the content engine, publishing cadence and processes.
• Plan and run long-form shows, Shorts and Reels from guest research to scripting.
• Lead editors, designers and videographers on edits, thumbnails and post-production quality.
• Review cuts and share clear edit notes, and identify highlights for clips.
• Drive YouTube SEO and Instagram discovery through titles, thumbnails, keywords and captions.
• Track performance weekly and turn insights into experiments.
• Create supporting carousels and repurpose content across YouTube and Instagram.
• Source and coordinate guests, collaborators and creators.
• Set and report on growth goals for subscribers, followers, views and engagement.

Raise AI is a new business unit carved out to build AI-first products in financial services in India. fuzz ( http://askfuzz.ai/) is our flagship product, along with a bunch of internal products used daily across the Raise group of companies.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate, YouTube Marketing, to own and scale our YouTube and Instagram presence from the ground up. The role requires strong content instincts, SEO and analytics skills, and the ability to coordinate with editors and designers, so that every piece of content is high quality, discoverable and built to grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the YouTube and Instagram strategy, including positioning, content pillars, formats and a 3-6 month growth roadmap
• Build both channels from scratch and set up the content engine, publishing cadence and processes
• Plan and run long-form shows, Shorts and Reels, from guest and topic research to scripting and episode planning
• Lead editors, designers and videographers on edits, thumbnails, hooks and post-production quality
• Review cuts and share clear edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for clips
• Drive YouTube SEO and Instagram discovery through titles, thumbnails, keywords, captions, hashtags and retention
• Track performance weekly (CTR, watch time, retention, reach, saves, follower growth) and turn insights into experiments
• Create supporting carousels and social content, and repurpose across YouTube, Instagram.
• Source and coordinate guests, collaborators and creators
• Set and report on growth goals for subscribers, followers, views and engagement

Skills

• Proven experience building and scaling a YouTube channel and an Instagram page, ideally from scratch, with growth numbers you can share.
• Familiarity with AI video and content tools to speed up workflows and improve the quality of editing, scripting, thumbnails and repurposing.
• Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, the algorithm, thumbnails, retention and Instagram Reels and carousel mechanics
• Strong storytelling, scripting and editorial instincts, with a sharp eye for hooks and what makes content perform
• Hands-on experience managing editors, designers and freelancers
• Comfort with analytics tools such as YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights, and a data-driven approach to testing
• Strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple content pieces and deadlines
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership and minimal hand-holding
