Raise Financial Services is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to own and scale Dhan’s paid acquisition engine from planning to activation and value delivery. You will work with Growth, Product, Data, Creative, Content and Business teams to identify opportunities, test ideas and scale what works.

This hands-on role requires comfort with numbers, experimentation and data-driven decision making in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with strong exposure to mobile app acquisition and consumer internet businesses.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with hands-on ownership of campaign execution and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition, user funnels and performance marketing metrics, and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, retargeting and funnel optimisation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, allocation and pacing to maximise growth, efficiency and ROI.
• Track and optimise campaigns against key metrics, analyse the complete acquisition funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion, user quality and marketing economics.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies across prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes and high-value user cohorts.
• Drive structured A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creatives, messaging, campaign structures and landing experiences.

Performance Marketing professional

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can own and scale Dhan’s paid acquisition engine. The role will focus on acquiring high-quality users at scale, improving campaign efficiency and building a strong understanding of the relationship between acquisition, activation, customer quality and business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, experimenting continuously and making decisions based on data. You will work closely with Growth, Product, Data, Creative, Content and Business teams to identify opportunities, test new ideas and scale what works. The role will focus on the complete paid acquisition journey — from campaign planning and user acquisition to activation, conversion and customer value.

Expected Responsibilities

• Own and execute Dhan’s performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and other relevant digital acquisition channels.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns and other paid channels.
• Drive scalable mobile app acquisition, with a strong focus on acquiring high-quality users rather than simply maximising installs.
• Build and optimise full-funnel acquisition campaigns aligned to business objectives across app installs, registrations, KYC, activation, first transaction and subsequent user engagement.

• Work closely with Creative, Content and Design teams to develop, test and scale high-performing performance creatives and communication.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and improve Dhan’s acquisition strategy.
• Build regular performance dashboards and reports, translating campaign data into clear insights, actions and recommendations for the Growth and leadership teams.
• Work closely with Product, Data/BI, Growth, Content and Business teams to improve the overall acquisition and conversion funnel.

Expected Skills

• 4 to 6 years of hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with strong exposure to mobile app acquisition and consumer internet businesses.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with hands‑on ownership of campaign execution and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition, user funnels and performance marketing metrics, and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, retargeting and funnel optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify the reason behind performance changes and take corrective action.
• Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/dash‑boarding tools.
• Prior experience in Fintech, BFSI, will be an advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias towards action, experimentation and measurable outcomes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
