Job summary

Raise Financial Services is building a next-generation wealth platform for India’s emerging affluent and HNIs, spanning private and public markets and alternatives. The role focuses on engaging high-intent investors, explaining complex investment structures, and driving capital allocation on the Dhan platform.

You will work directly with live opportunities, own the investor journey, and partner with founding teams to enhance product storytelling and conversion quality in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment products across public & private markets, AIFs, PMS, and alternatives.
• Ability to articulate complex financial structures simply for investors.
• Experience in wealth management, broking, fintech, or investment advisory preferred.

We are building the next-generation wealth platform for India’s emerging affluent and HNIs spanning private markets, public markets, and alternative investments. We curate and structure investment opportunities across AIFs, PMS, stock baskets, and private market deals while helping investors move up the wealth ladder through sharper insights, better products, and thoughtful capital allocation.

We are looking for Product Specialists / Investment Specialist / Private Banker. This is a high-impact, outcome-driven role at the intersection of investment products and capital allocation, where you will engage with high-intent investors, build strong expertise across investment products, and directly drive capital deployment on the platform.

You will work on real investors and real opportunities, with ownership on execution and outcomes, while also collaborating closely with the founding team to shape how investment products are discovered, understood, and consumed for the next generation of wealth creation in India.

Expected Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with inbound, high-intent investors evaluating live investment opportunities across AIFs, PMS, private market/pre-IPO deals, and public market strategies
• Act as the primary bridge between investment products and investor capital, handling detailed queries on structure, risk-return, liquidity, timelines, and product nuances
• Own the end-to-end investor journey from enquiry to allocation, ensuring smooth conversion and closure of investment decisions
• Drive capital allocation outcomes by actively resolving investor doubts, removing friction points, and enabling decision-making
• Collaborate closely with research, product, and founding teams to strengthen investor engagement and improve conversion efficiency
• Provide structured feedback on investor objections, product positioning gaps, and journey bottlenecks
• Contribute to shaping investor-facing journeys, communication, and product storytelling for better adoption
• Support last-mile investor engagement activities such as product walkthroughs, discussions, and sessions when required
• Ensure a seamless experience from investor interest to execution, with strong focus on trust and conversion quality

Expected Skills:

• Strong understanding of investment products across public markets, private markets, AIFs, PMS, and alternative investments
• Good grasp of financial markets, capital allocation principles, and how investors evaluate opportunities
• Ability to clearly articulate complex financial structures in a simple, investor-friendly manner
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with HNIs and CXO level investors
• High ownership mindset with strong execution and follow-through capability
• Experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF platforms, broking, fintech, or investment advisory roles preferred
• Analytical thinking with ability to understand product structures, risk-return trade-offs, and positioning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intent, outcome-driven environment
• Strong curiosity about markets and ability to continuously deepen product knowledge
• NISM certification preferred; CA / MBA / CFA (pursuing or completed) is an added advantage
