Raise Financial Services is seeking a Product Manager in Mumbai to drive consumer product experiences for Dhan and related platforms. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth and Business teams to translate customer insights into simple, impactful products.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, customer-focused and able to own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in a consumer-facing internet, fintech or technology business.
• Experience in defining, building and shipping consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth and Business teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to identify problems, evaluate opportunities and make decisions.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, product journeys and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Strong product sense with an eye for detail, usability and customer experience.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive execution across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously evaluate post-launch performance and drive enhancements for better adoption and outcomes.

We are looking for an Product Manager who is passionate about customers, technology, data and building great consumer products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify product gaps and translate those insights into simple, intuitive and impactful product experiences.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Business and other teams to take products from problem discovery and ideation through execution, launch and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to go deep into customer problems, use data to make decisions and bring multiple teams together to get things done.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and behaviour through customer conversations, data, market research and product insights, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
• Own product initiatives from problem identification and ideation through requirements, development, launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, specifications and success metrics in collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data and Business teams.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to prioritise, build and ship high‑quality product experiences within defined timelines.
• Track product and business metrics, identify gaps and translate data into actionable product improvements.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on customer impact, business value, effort and strategic priorities.
• Drive product launches and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Continuously evaluate the product post‑launch, identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements that improve customer experience, adoption, engagement and business outcomes.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the product experience, including customer journeys, operational workflows, data, processes and day‑to‑day product performance.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure product communication, positioning and go‑to‑market plans are aligned with the product strategy.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organisation and ensure customer insights influence product priorities and decisions.
• Build strong relationships across teams, create alignment and drive initiatives with a high level of ownership and urgency.

Expected Skills:

• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory. We value strong product thinking, execution capability, analytical ability and demonstrated impact over credentials.
