Job summary

UTKARSH Classes & Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an efficient YouTube Channel Manager to drive the company’s exclusive content for competitive exams from its Jodhpur office (WFO).

You will own the YouTube strategy across channels, lead a 10-person team, and craft growth plans with data-driven decisions to boost engagement. The role requires postgraduate/graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytics, and prior digital content strategy exposure.

Qualifications

• Significant YouTube experience is essential and must be demonstrated.
• Experience in brand or content strategy within the digital domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data for growth decisions.
• Ability to manage a 10-member team and multitask in a fast-moving EdTech environment.

Role :

We're looking for an efficient YouTube Channel Manager who will help Utkarsh to take their vision forward, based out of the Jodhpur Office (WFO).

Responsibilities :

• The vision is to be the first one in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to various competitive exams.
• So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of managing the YouTube team.

As part of that, we will need you to :

• Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels.
• Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth.
• Lead 10 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills.
• Make data-driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis, take ownership of the overall growth of YouTube channels & make strategies for growth & audience engagement.

Desirable Skills & Experience :

• Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge.
• Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain.
• Having a significant YouTube Experience is a must.
• Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid-level data analysis skills, the skill to manage a team of 10 people, and some basic Excel will do the job.
• It's Work from the office & 6 working days.
• Postgraduate/Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience required. Experience in Edtech will be preferred.
• Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.
