• Can manage, mentor and push people to do their best work.
• Is equally comfortable discussing content, creators, processes, numbers and execution.
• Can bring structure to chaos without killing creativity.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset - sees a problem and thinks, "I'll figure it out."
• Has the energy and hunger to build, experiment, learn and stretch when the job demands it.
• EdTech experience is strongly preferred, especially if you've worked closely with teachers, educators or content creators.
