Job summary

Groww is seeking a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow our YouTube presence. You will work with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails and post-production, publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium, and optimize for views and engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
• Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
• Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
• Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
• Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
• Create supporting carousel and social media content.
• Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.
