Job summary

Unacademy is seeking a YouTube Associate to manage, optimize, and grow NEET and IIT JEE YouTube channels. You will handle daily video scheduling, collaborate with educators and editors, and drive analytics-driven improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

We value candidates with 1–2 years in similar roles, strong YouTube Studio skills, and a background in Computer Science or IT. EdTech familiarity is a plus, and Bengaluru-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital content operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, analytics, and content optimization.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the EdTech or online learning ecosystem is preferred.
