The Yoga Teacher will design and lead yoga classes that align with Ayurphilia's holistic and Ayurvedic approach to well-being. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kollam, the teacher will plan daily sessions, guide group and individual practices, and ensure safe, inclusive instruction for participants of varying experience levels. Responsibilities include demonstrating correct postures, providing modifications, integrating breathwork and relaxation techniques, and offering basic lifestyle guidance that complements Ayurvedic principles. The Yoga Teacher will also collaborate with Ayurphilia's practitioners and team members to support wellness programs, maintain a welcoming studio environment, and participate in workshops or community events as needed.
