Job summary

Awfis Space Solutions Limited in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager - Real Estate Operations & Governance to drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in Real Estate Operations or PMO, strong stakeholder management, and ability to travel extensively across India. Lead governance, documentation, and reporting initiatives to optimize the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years’ experience in Real Estate Operations, PMO or Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.
• Lead site reccy, site visits and preliminary location assessments.
• Coordinate LOIs, Term Sheets, Lease/Leave & License Agreements, legal drafts and property documentation.
• Track negotiations, approvals, dependencies, milestones and critical action items to closure.
• Own Real Estate MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reporting.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Support leadership on governance, escalations, reviews and strategic Real Estate initiatives.
• Drive process discipline, documentation and standardization across the Pan-India portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.
• Lead site reccy, site visits and preliminary location assessments.
• Coordinate LOIs, Term Sheets, Lease/Leave & License Agreements, legal drafts and property documentation.
