Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in commerce, finance, banking, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs.
• Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products.
• Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls.
• Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Working Capital products including CC/OD/BG/LC and SCF transactions.
• Verify disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures.
• Documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs.
• Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

• Process and monitor Working Capital products including: Cash Credit (CC) Overdraft (OD) Bank Guarantees (BG) Letter of Credit (LC) Bills Discounting Supply Chain Finance transactions

• Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution.
