Job summary

Workforce Management Consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a Workforce Administration SME for a walk-in engagement. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Workforce Administration, with mandatory UAT testing and employee lifecycle management expertise.

Shifts are rotational, and candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic Hyderabad environment. This position targets specialists who can drive HR processes end-to-end with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Workforce Administration modules.
• Exposure to UAT testing and lifecycle events in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Lifecycle (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination) and related HR processes.
• Provide UAT testing for HR workflows and system changes.
