Job summary

bTranz Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, workshops, and data migration.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, will work from Hyderabad on a full-time basis, and may travel onsite to Saudi Arabia as required.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
• Experience in data migration and system integration.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct training and facilitate user workshops.
• Excellent client communication and presentation能力.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence).
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionality.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM apps.
• Conduct functional workshops, user training, and UAT sessions.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, and reports.
• Support data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia for onsite project support as needed.
