Qualifications

• 4–8 years IT/HRIS experience, with at least 4 years in Workday Time Tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday BP, security, reports, and calculated fields.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking processes, codes, calculations, schedules, and security.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Time Tracking solutions.
• Design, test, and deploy Time Tracking configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and stakeholders to streamline time management.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Time Tracking and related modules.
• Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and post-production activities.
• Perform data validation, testing, and UAT.
• Create functional design docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Work with integration teams on inbound/outbound Time Tracking interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with 4–8 years of overall experience and strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Time Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM processes, time tracking configurations, and integration touchpoints with Payroll and Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking business processes, time entry codes, time calculations, work schedules, and time-related security.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Time Tracking solutions.
• Design, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to streamline workforce time management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Time Tracking and related modules.
• Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and post-production activities.
• Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Work closely with integration teams to support inbound and outbound interfaces impacting Time Tracking.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of IT/HRIS experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
• Strong experience in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll processes.
• Experience with Workday business processes, security, reports, and calculated fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or HCM.
