Job summary

Luxoft in Chennai seeks a Workday Time Tracking specialist to join a team migrating from UKG Kronos, configuring time entry, scheduling, and payroll related processes.

You will integrate time clocks, ensure accuracy of schedules and holidays, monitor interfaces, and support upgrades and production migrations for global health programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience.
• Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Dimensions experience.
• 2+ years Pay Practice Builds (pay rules, accruals, work rules, adjustment rules).
• 2+ years Advanced scheduling build and support.

Responsibilities

• Migrate to/from Workday Time Tracking (preferably from UKG Kronos).
• Configure and resolve issues related to global time entry items: Web time entry, Calendar view entry, time entry against projects, admin-defined scheduling.
• Resolve issues in/out, units, required/optional worktags.
• Work on configurations and issues related to Mobile/Web clocks (Check-in/Checkout, Geofencing, activity history).
• APIs to integrate with time clocks and other systems (e.g., Dormakaba).
• Configure calculations for payroll, overtime, holidays, shift differential, predictive scheduling.
• Work with Workday modules integration (HCM, Payroll, Absence Management).
• Learn new systems, configurations for scheduling/clock management; maintain integrations.
• Change Control for migration to Production tenants.
• Assist with issue resolution, track issues, provide updates to peers/clients.
• Monitor interfaces, upgrades, security, access.
• Monitor integration schedules and ServiceNow queue.
• Document requirements and expected results with client & Informatics.
• Write queries, reports and dashboards to support end users.

• Exposure/experience migrating to/from Workday Time tracking, preferable from UKG Kronos
• Ability to configure and resolve issues related to global time entry items like: Web time entry, Calendar view entry, Time entry against projects, Administrator-defined scheduling etc.,
• Resolve issues/incidents pertaining to in/out, units, required/optional worktags etc.,
• Experience working on configurations and resolving issues related to Mobile/Web clocks such as Check-in & checkout, Geofencing capabilities, Employee activity history etc.,
• APIs to integrate with physical time clocks and other time clock systems like Dormakaba
• Experience working on configurations with respect to calculations related to Payroll, Over time, holidays, shift differential, predictive scheduling, etc.,
• Working experience or good understanding on Workday Time tracking integration with other Workday modules of Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Payroll, Workday Absence Management etc.,
• Ability to learn new systems and work on configurations pertaining to Scheduling, clock management etc.,
• Integration build and maintenance
• Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
• Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision
• Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
• Monitoring interface errors
• Monitor integration schedules to ensure not failures or issues
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
• Work directly with Client & Informatics to document requirements & expected results
• Ability to write queries, reports and work with dashboards to support end user needs

SKILLS

Must have

• 4+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience,
• Kronos support experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• 2+ years Pay Practice Builds (Pay rules, Accruals, Work rules, Adjustment rules)
• 2+ years Advanced scheduling build and support
