Job summary

Innova Solutions in Gurugram is seeking a Workday Technofunctional Consultant with 5–12 years of experience to implement and optimize Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll concepts. You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver solutions across HR modules, security, and reporting using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Strong communication and Agile delivery experience are essential, along with exposure to ticketing tools like Jira

Qualifications

• Workday certifications in relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business process framework.
• Knowledge of Workday Security Model.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing/project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
