Techcom Solutions India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical/Functional professional with deep expertise in design, development, implementation, integrations, reporting, and business processes.

Lead Workday HCM projects, collaborate with stakeholders, configure security, build integrations and reports, and ensure successful delivery across modules. Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience is required, with focus on integrations and reporting across the platform.

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical/Functional professional with strong expertise in Workday HCM design, development, implementation, integrations, reporting, and business process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions.
• Manage functional processes, solution design, and release management.
• Design and implement requirements within the Workday HCM environment.
• Develop, test, validate, and support Workday integrations and reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Support configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and data-related requirements.
