Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant for HRIN in India. You will design and implement Workday integrations, analyze requirements, and configure modules to meet client needs.

Strong Workday Studio experience and a solid technical foundation are required, with English fluency and 1–3 months notice. The role operates in an international context with a focus on delivering robust integration solutions and post-implementation support across multiple clients and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant focusing on Workday Studio.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Proficiency in Java or Python or similar languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Availability to join within 1–3 months.

Profile Requirement

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
• In depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability to join within 1-3 months.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
