Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, invites you to join a dynamic, international team in Bengaluru. As a Workday Compensation specialist, you will implement and configure compensation modules for clients, analyze requirements, and craft scalable solutions.

You will work with HRIS systems, support data migration, and deliver end-user training, while engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation module implementation or support.
• Experience with HRIS systems and business process configuration.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification is a plus.
• Academic background: information technology, human resources, or related field.
• English fluent.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Customize compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and related business processes.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation for clients.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to compensation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
