Job summary

EY in Pune, India seeks an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to implement and support Workday Talent Management and Performance modules. The role involves configuring Talent processes, managing performance reviews, calibrations, and succession planning, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

You will contribute to business process configurations, security, and release management, including UAT and post-production support, ensuring smooth production

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience with Workday Talent & Performance.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring Talent and Performance processes.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes, Security, Eligibility Rules, and Reporting dependencies.
• Experience in testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
