Job summary

Syngenta Group in India seeks a Workday Reporting Specialist to design and optimize Workday reporting across HR, Finance, and operations. You will leverage Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights and secure reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of Workday Reporting experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with strong data modeling and performance tuning skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced and ad hoc reports using Workday Report Writer across modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance).
• Implement and maintain Prism Analytics solutions, including external data modeling and security alignment.
• Build and manage Discovery Boards for real-time decision support for business leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through testing and validation.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and provide end-user support with documentation and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with organizational goals and compliance standards.

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Specialist with proven expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reporting solutions. Adept at leveraging Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights that support strategic HR, Finance, and operational decision-making. Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Workday’s data architecture and security frameworks.

• Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Transposed Reports)
• Prism Analytics (data ingestion, data modeling, custom datasets, security configuration) one with generic skill and other with more expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced and ad hoc reports using Workday Report Writer across various modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance).
• Implement and maintain Prism Analytics solutions, including loading and modeling external data, creating custom datasets, and aligning with Workday security protocols.
• Build and manage Discovery Boards to provide intuitive, self-service dashboards for business leaders, enabling real-time decision support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and support end-users through documentation and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Workday Reporting.
• Any Bachelors / Masters degree
