Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to design, develop and optimize Workday reporting solutions across HCM and Finance. You will leverage Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards to deliver insights for HR, finance and operations, partner with stakeholders, ensure data integrity and optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in Workday Reporting, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and strong analytical skills with security and data governance

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Workday Reporting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and analytical skills.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced and ad hoc reports using Workday Report Writer across modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance).
• Implement Prism Analytics solutions including loading and modeling external data and creating datasets.
• Build and manage Discovery Boards for self-service dashboards and real-time decision support.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through testing and validation.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and provide end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with organizational goals and compliance.

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Specialist with proven expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reporting solutions. Adept at leveraging Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights that support strategic HR, Finance, and operational decision-making. Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Workday’s data architecture and security frameworks.

• Prism Analytics (data ingestion, data modeling, custom datasets, security configuration) one with generic skill and other with more expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced and ad hoc reports using Workday Report Writer across various modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance).
• Implement and maintain Prism Analytics solutions, including loading and modeling external data, creating custom datasets, and aligning with Workday security protocols.
• Build and manage Discovery Boards to provide intuitive, self-service dashboards for business leaders, enabling real-time decision support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and support end-users through documentation and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Workday Reporting.
• Any Bachelors / Masters degree
