Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced BI/Workday reporting developer to design and maintain dashboards that drive business decisions. The role partners with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements into scalable reports and analytics.

You will contribute to secure data solutions and ensure adoption through training and aftercare. Candidate should have 6+ years building Workday reports, with strong SQL skills and knowledge of HCM/Financial modules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Workday reporting platform.
• Proficiency in Workday data solutions (report development, Prism, Worksheets, Studio).
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases.
• Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control.
• Ability to work with large, complex systems.
• Foundational understanding of security concepts and secure coding.
• Experience writing test cases for code stability.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring mindset.
• Background in Workday training or certification desirable; knowledge of Report Writer.
