Job summary

Pyramid It Consulting in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior Workday reporting specialist to develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.

You will create and manage template files, convert fields, and build visualizations to drive business insights. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring of team members are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM reporting, calculated fields, and datasets.
• Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Good understanding of Workday Security and data access controls.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts.
• Experience working with Extended Enterprise Learner data source is preferred.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate regarding reporting changes or updates.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new reporting team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 48 years of experience in Workday with strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
  
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM reporting, calculated fields, and datasets.
  
• Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  
• Good understanding of Workday Security and data access controls.
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts.
  
• Experience working with Extended Enterprise Learner data source is preferred.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in data analysis and visualization within Workday is an advantage.
