Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a Workday Reporting/Prism Specialist to join the HR Integration Team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on data integration, extraction, and process automation through Workday PRISM, APIs, and related technologies.

You will design and publish datasets for reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable data flows. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience in Workday PRISM design, software development, and strong SQL/XML/REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in data integration, Workday PRISM, and reporting.
• Experience designing and configuring Workday reports and interfaces via API.
• Knowledge of Workday Security Model.
• Exposure to XML, SOAP, REST APIs and SQL; Agile is a plus.

• Design, maintain and operate technical data flows HR Workday System.
• Ingest, transform and publish data using PRISM for reporting.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct impact analysis and manage system evolutions per requirements.
• Monitor daily execution and support campaign execution.
• Handle non-regression testing.
• Maintain architecture compliance with integration strategy and document.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and plan activities.

Workday Reporting/Prism Specialist Job Description: Job Description Role : Workday Reporting/Prism Specialist No. of Positions : 1 Description: He/She will act as a Product Developer in the HR Integration Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction. As part of the HR integration team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of data integration, data extraction and process automation within the workday. In addition, He/She is in charge of design activities to transfer & Ingest data within PRISM, handle the needed transformations and publish the resulting dataset needed for reporting purposes. He/She will be focused of Workday integration layers based on innovative APIs, SOAP, XM, SQL etc., ... He/She acts as a direct focal point with the various stakeholders to resolve issues, design solutions, plan and organize activities.

Responsibilities

• Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
• Design, maintain and operate technical flows, both inbound and outbound, HR Workday System.
• Design, Ingest, Transform and publish data leveraging PRISM to support business
• Ensure issues investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions plan.
• Conduct impact analysis and handle system evolutions as per agreed requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day execution and support campaign execution.
• Handle non regression testing.
• Enable architectural compliance with the integration strategy following Tech Lead Guidance.
• Maintain operational and technical documentation.
• Contribute to stakeholders Management .

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with 4 - 7 years of experience in the mentioned scope
• Experience on Workday PRISM design & build Designing and configuring Workday reports and interfaces in a sustainable way (from Core connectors to studio through API)
• Minimum knowledge of Workday Security Model
• Able to speak up, to proactively get topics from backlog or feed the backlog, to proactively search solution on his/her own, to educate himself/herself on his/her own if indeed and be able to build and mobilize his/her network of helpers in Europe to find solutions.
• XML, SOAP, REST API, API, integration technologies…
• Should have knowledge and hands on in SQL or any Query Language
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
