Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional specializing in Workday reporting and analytics. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights to HR leaders through reports, dashboards, and analytics, aligning with Carrier's HR strategy.

The candidate will drive Prism, Discovery Boards, and analytics, partnering on HR technology projects, and will develop training on Workday PRISM. Based in Hyderabad with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management.
• Workday reporting and PRISM experience required.
• Expertise with data architecture and business processes in a global organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects.
• Strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting and change management.
• Building relationships and big-picture thinking with strong problem solving and strategic communication across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Workday reporting practices and standards; create reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable HR insights.
• Determine Workday Analytics Suite solutions for HR stakeholders and COE.
• Serve as a Workday PRISM expert with current functionality and future direction.
• Develop PRISM solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
• Partner on HR Technology projects with components of Workday reporting.
• Develop and deliver training on Workday PRISM reporting and analytics.
• Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.

HR Technology Workday Reporting and Analytics

About this role

The ideal candidate will deliver on the Workday reporting priorities. The work will directly support Carrier's Human Resources Strategy in delivering actionable insights to HR and People Leaders.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices and standards. This includes creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
• Determine Workday Analytics Suite solutions as questions/needs arise from Carrier’s HR business and COE (Center of Excellence) stakeholders.
• Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.
• Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
• Partner on HR Technology projects that have components of Workday reporting.
• Develop and deliver training on Workday PRISM reporting functionality and other Workday Analytics tools, as needed.
• Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Based in Hyderabad, Hybrid working.

• Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) or similar software.
• Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management software.
