Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst - Recruitment to join the Employee Services IT team. You will configure, customize and support Workday Core HCM and Recruitment modules globally, delivering end-to-end solutions while aligning with global strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in Workday HCM/Recruitment, Workday certifications, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM / Recruitment modules.
• Mandatory: Workday Training Certifications (Core HCM / Recruitment).
• Knowledge of HiredScore is a plus.
• Proficient in customizing BP’s and developing Calc Fields and Condition Rules in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop in line with global strategy, maximizing business value.
• Collaborate with business owners and architects, providing POCs and guiding implementation.

Workday Functional Analyst - Recruitment

He/She will be part of the Employee Services IT Department in charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Product Developer in the Workday Recruitment Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction. As part of the Recruitment team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of global teams, local teams, and process automation within the workday, leveraging the workday framework. He/She acts as a direct focal point with the various stakeholders to resolve issues, design solutions, plan and organize activities.

Responsibilities:

• A Functional Consultant is Responsible: Configure / Customize / support Workday Core HCM and Recruitment Modules Configure / Customize / support Workday Recruitment related changes globally. Providing end-to-end solutions in designing, developing while maximizing business value. Besides following best practices and standards. Designing and developing in line with the global strategy. Leveraging the workday technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations Challenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system. Acting as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC’s Act as Consultant not only in development in support and critical conditions

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 3-5 years of experience (minimum 3 years in Workday Core HCM / Recruitment modules )
• Mandatory skills: Workday Training Certifications (must have): Core HCM / Recruitment
• Good to have: Knowledge on HiredScore.
• Proficiency with Workday Core HCM, with excellent hands on experience in customizing BP’s, and developing Calc Fields and Condition Rules.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruitment module with excellent hands on experience.
• Proficiency in usage of OX 2.0 (Object Transporter) Workday Documents and Templates Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) end to end processes Hire to Retire.
• Agile solutions management suite like Version One.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills and Attention to details.
• Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
• Should be able to handle things autonomously as an individual contributor.
• Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing.
• Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.
• Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.
• Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.
• Should be ok to work in shifts ( Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST )
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile methodology like Scrum, Safe, Kanban etc.
