Job summary

Premium Aerotec in Bengaluru, India, seeks a product developer for the HR integration team to drive design, development, testing and business satisfaction of Workday integrations and PRISM data workflows.

The role focuses on data integration, ingestion, transformations and publishing datasets for reporting, using APIs, SOAP, XML and SQL. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and deliver value across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

Backlog management and prioritization across HR integration workstreams.
Experience designing Workday PRISM data flows and reports with sustainable patterns.
Knowledge of Workday security model and core connectors to APIs.

Responsibilities

Handle backlog activities from conception to finished product.
Design, maintain and operate inbound/outbound data flows for HR Workday systems.
Ingest, transform and publish data using PRISM to support business reporting needs.
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
Contribute to system evolutions per requirements and perform impact analysis.
Monitor daily execution and support campaign execution.
Support non-regression testing and ensure architectural compliance with integration strategy.
Maintain operational and technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions.

Job Summary

He/She will act as a product developer in the HR integration team to secure design, development, tests and business satisfaction. As part of the HR integration team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of data integration, data extraction and process automation within the Workday. In addition, He/She is in charge of design activities to transfer & Ingest data within PRISM, handle the needed transformations and publish the resulting dataset needed for reporting purposes. He/She will be focused of Workday integration layers based on innovative APIs, SOAP, XM, SQL etc., ...

He/She acts as a direct focal point with the various stakeholders to resolve issues, design solutions, plan and organize activities.

Responsibilities

Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
Design, maintain and operate technical flows, both inbound and outbound, HR Workday System.
Design, Ingest, Transform and publish data leveraging PRISM to support business
Ensure issues investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions plan.
Conduct impact analysis and handle system evolutions as per agreed requirements.
Monitor day-to-day execution and support campaign execution.
Handle non regression testing.
Enable architectural compliance with the integration strategy following Tech Lead Guidance.
Maintain operational and technical documentation.
Contribute to stakeholders Management .

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with 4 - 7 years of experience in the mentioned scope
Experience on Workday PRISM design & build
Designing and configuring Workday reports and interfaces in a sustainable way (from Core connectors to studio through API)
Minimum knowledge of Workday Security Model
Able to speak up, to proactively get topics from backlog or feed the backlog, to proactively search solution on his/her own, to educate himself/herself on his/her own if indeed and be able to build and mobilize his/her network of helpers in Europe to find solutions.

Should have knowledge and hands on in SQL or any Query Language
