Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations across multi-geography environments. You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with HR systems and HCM modules.

You will lead workshops with clients, support testing phases, and provide post-deployment production support, while coordinating with global teams to drive successful integrations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio integrations and Workday Studio SDK (SSK).
• Proven expertise with Workday integration tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and related HR systems.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and finalizing business and technical integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integration Requirements & Definition: Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to finalize integration requirements for Workday solutions.
• Solution Design: Design and architect Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio and SSK.
• Integration Development: Develop integrations using vendor-provided Workday tools and connect Workday with client HR ecosystems.
• Client Collaboration: Conduct workshops with client teams to validate requirements and align deliverables.
• Application Testing: Support testing phases and execute test scenarios to ensure quality.
• Production Support: Provide post-deployment support including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Production Rollout: Assist in deployment of Workday solutions into production environments.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify issues and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management: Update mid/senior management on status, risks, and plans.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with global IS teams to support HR tech initiatives across geographies.

• Integration Requirements & Definition:
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to investigate, clarify, and finalize business and technical requirements for Workday solution integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and priorities
• Solution Design:
• Design and architect Workday integration solutions tailored to meet business requirements, leveraging hands-on experience with Workday Studio integrations and Workday Studio Software Development Kit (SSK)
• Integration Development:
• Develop and implement integrations using vendor-provided Workday integration tools, connecting Workday with client HR technology ecosystems seamlessly
• Client Collaboration:
• Conduct workshops and sessions with client teams to validate integration requirements, communicate progress, and ensure deliverables align with expectations
• Application Testing:
• Support clients and internal teams during testing phases, executing test scenarios developed by the implementation team to ensure solution quality and functionality
• Production Support:
• Provide post-deployment support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain smooth and stable Workday operations
• Production Rollout:
• Assist in the deployment of Workday solutions and integrations into production environments, ensuring minimal disruption and addressing stakeholder needs promptly
