Job summary

DXC Technology in Bengaluru seeks a Workday Integration Developer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT.

You will collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions on time, document specifications, and troubleshoot issues in ISU/ISSG while ensuring security and migration processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio.
• Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting.
• Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist team leads with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements.
• Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes.

• Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
