Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations across a multi-vendor setup in Chennai, India. The role demands 5–10 years of hands-on experience, strong technical prowess in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors, and excellent collaboration with business users and IT teams.

You will work in a diverse environment, contribute to ISU/ISSG processes, and ensure robust testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security, and navigation.
• Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio.
• Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting.
• Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT.
• Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements.
• Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG, and Workday tools.
• Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
