Project Description:

• We are seeking a new team member to function as a Workday Integration Consultant with Studio.

Responsibilities:

• Build integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound), Workday Studio, Core Connector (Worker, Benefits), XSLT.
• Interact with business users and cross-application teams.
• Assist the team lead/project manager by compiling information from current systems, analyzing program requirements, and ensuring timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development.
• Understanding of Workday core concepts.
• Strong knowledge of business objects, PBO/RBO relationships, and Calc Fields.
• Experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations.
• Proficiency with EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio, Navigation, Search, Security, Reports.
• Good coding, testing, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Experience with XSLT.
• Understanding of ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze AS-IS and To-Be processes, document, and write test cases.
• Effective communication of technical information.
• Quick learner with high reasoning aptitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse, multi-national, multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
