Dyson is seeking an HR technology specialist to manage and optimize Workday integration projects. You will act as the HR Technology point of contact for functional areas and guide implementation, configuration, and production rollout of Workday apps.

Part of a team of functional managersand specialists, the role is fundamental to supporting and advancing Dyson’s usage of the core Human Capital Management system (Workday).This role willserve as an HR Technology point of contact for HR functional areas andassistsHR subject matter experts toidentify, plan and implement systems and process improvements. Thespecialistwill have responsibility for the successful implementation, integration, configuration, and support of Workday applications from project initiation to production roll-out.

Support global business users and HR by troubleshooting system issues, resolving defects,maintainingsystem data structures,assistingwith ad-hoc reporting requests, and administeringbiannual Workday-related processes.
Take ownership of queries and actively manage them, providing best-in-class technical solutions and stakeholder support while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) with deep knowledge of Workday integrations and modules, including configuration, testing, and implementation across HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Security, and related areas.
Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to gather, understand, andanalyzebusiness and technical requirements, recommending solutions based on best practices and feasibility.
Collaborate withrequestors, project managers, business analysts, HR business partners, and QA staff to ensure requirements are fully understood, including reviewing technical designs and testing documentation.
Configure and implement changes or updates to Workday integrations and modules, managing and promoting these through theappropriatetechnical(solution)development and change management processes.
Support delivery of key projects, including Workday integration enhancements, HR system changes, and improvements to stakeholder experience.
Develop and implement scalable, flexible integration solutions that can adapt to future business needs.
Advise stakeholders on industry standards and best practices, ensuring clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Ensure usersleverageWorkday best practices effectively.
Maintain up-to-date process documentation and learning materials, including GWIs, FAQs, and training guides.
Engage in continuous self-learning through Workday Community and other available channels.
Actively contribute to HR-wide and cross-functional initiatives asrequired.
The successful candidate willdemonstratestrong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, and ongoing support of Workday integration projects. This includes hands-onexpertisein tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs,applied across multiple functional areas (e.g., Talent and Performance,Absence Management, Recruiting, etc).
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Business or other related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of Workday integration experience
Hands-on involvement in at least one full lifecycleWorkday integration and implementation project
Strong background in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday APIs
Experience working in a multinational technology organization with complex system landscapes
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with maturity
Knowledge and experience across a range of SaaS HRIS and web-based talent management or HR service delivery tools,with emphasis on system integration and data flows
Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience
Familiarity with HCM concepts, HR processes, and a basic understanding of HR policiesand procedures(ensure integration design aligns with business requirements)
Workday Integration certification isa must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail in technical configurations
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to react quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with HR,otherstakeholders, and third-party vendor
Proactive approach to delivering effective technical solutions, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
