Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Workday integration consultants and developers.
• Own the full integration lifecycle—from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, to production go-live.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align business needs with integration strategy and execution.
• Define and enforce integration best practices, coding standards, and performance tuning.
• Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and resource planning across multiple

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Prior experience in leading Workday integration teams (minimum team size: 3–5 members).
• Hands‑on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Workday certifications in Core Integration and Workday Studio are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing delivery across multiple clients or enterprise-level implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with third‑party vendors (payroll, benefits, ATS, etc.).
• Background in enterprise architecture or pre‑sales consulting is a plus.
