Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Senior Workday Developer focusing on integrations to join a large-scale enterprise Workday Financials program. This role is highly technical and integration-focused, not a pure configuration position, and you will build integrations and orchestrations connecting Workday to numerous downstream systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Studio and Workday Extend experience, with a strong grasp of EIBs, Workday APIs, data mapping, and troubleshooting to maintain

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday Extend.
• EIB development (inbound/outbound) experience.
• Experience with Workday APIs / Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Solid understanding of integration design, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Workday Financials exposure preferred (Suppliers, Invoices, Journals, Cost Centers).

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Workday Developer (Integrations)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer to join a large-scale enterprise Workday Financials implementation. This is a highly technical, integration-focused role not a functional configuration position. You'll be building integrations and orchestrations that connect Workday to numerous downstream business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and orchestrations, primarily supporting Workday Financials
• Develop complex custom integrations using Workday Studio
• Build custom applications/workflows using Workday Extend
• Create and manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads
• Work with Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) to enable data exchange between Workday and external systems
• Troubleshoot integration failures, manage error handling, and ensure reliable data flow across systems

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend
• EIB development (inbound/outbound)
• Workday APIs / Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Solid understanding of integration design, data mapping, and troubleshooting

Good to Have

• Prior ERP integration experience (SAP / Oracle Financials / Oracle SCM) transitioning into Workday
