Weare seeking a Senior Workday Studio Integration Engineer Consultant withadvanced expertise in designing, developing, and supporting high-volume,performance-critical Workday integrations. This role focuses on architectingscalable and secure integration solutions using modern Workday Studio capabilities, including parallel processing, streaming architectures,asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0. The consultant will serve as a primary technical advisor to clients, collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams, and provide technical leadership to ensure reliable, efficient, andenterprise-grade Workday integration solutions.

In this role you will...

• 810+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations and Workday Studio development.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end design, development, and support of complex, high-volume Workday Studio integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced integration patterns including parallelization, chunking, streaming architectures, asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0.
• Experience integrating Workday with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Acted as a primary technical point of contact, translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership through design guidance, code reviews, and mentoring of junior consultants.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Security, and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize workflows.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including technical walkthroughs, RCA documentation, and status reporting.

• Advanced technical skills in XSLT (including XSLT 3.0), XML, and integration transformations.
• Solid understanding of Workday integration security, including ISU access, domain security policies, authentication models, certificates, and integration-specific security controls.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable Workday integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
