Responsibilities

• Drive end to end design and configuration of Workday HCM benefits modules to ensure accurate eligibility rules plans and events that support consistent and compliant benefits administration for a diverse workforce.
• Coordinate technical analysis of benefits domain requirements by translating business needs into well structured Workday configurations that improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Implement enhancements in Workday HCM benefits processes by optimizing enrollment flows life event handling and calculation logic to deliver a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and employees.
• Monitor daily Workday HCM benefits operations by reviewing integrations audits and dashboards to proactively identify anomalies and resolve issues before they impact payroll or employee records.
