Responsibilities

• Design scalable Workday HCM architectures that align with enterprise standards and support long term growth of human capital management capabilities across the organization
• Develop detailed solution designs for core Workday HCM modules that ensure accurate data flows efficient business processes and consistent configuration practices
• Coordinate end to end Workday HCM implementations and enhancements by collaborating with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver high quality outcomes
• Optimize existing Workday HCM configurations by analyzing usage patterns and recommending adjustments that improve usability performance and data quality
• Create comprehensive technical design documents and configuration guidelines for Workday HCM that provide clear direction to implementation and support teams
