Job summary

Inizio Group in India is seeking a highly analytical Workday Business Analyst to join our Master HR Data Team, focusing on optimizing Workday usage and delivering maximum value to the business. You will analyse requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and support evolution of the Workday environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders, design and maintain Workday reports, build Power BI dashboards, ensure data integrity and governance, and drive process

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM, advanced Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboards) and Workday Prism preferred.
• Strong Power BI development and data visualization skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, formulas).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly analytical and proactive Workday Business Analyst to join our Master HR Data Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising and enhancing our use of the Workday platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business.

Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you'll analyse business requirements, develop reporting and dashboards, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the ongoing evolution of our Workday environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and has a passion for using data to drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with experience in many of the following:

• Strong experience using Workday HCM, Advanced Workday Reporting experience (Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboards), and Workday Prism experience (desirable).
• Strong Power BI development and data visualisation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, formulas and data analysis)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
