Job summary

Tranzeal seeks a Senior Workday Business Analyst to drive Workday Recruiting, Report Builder and HR analytics initiatives. You will analyze HR data, troubleshoot recruiting issues, and manage integrations across HR applications with a focus on data quality.

You will collaborate with HRIS, IT and cross-functional teams, handle confidential HR data with integrity and contribute to AI-driven HR reporting initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Recruiting and Global Talent Acquisition system requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Job Application, Hire, Offer and Recruiting-related issues.
• Build, modify and maintain Workday Reports using Report Builder.
• Identify data anomalies and implement data quality controls.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday/HR technology solutions.
• Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Work with HRIS, IT and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support HR applications such as Paradox, HiredScore and LinkedIn.
• Support API/HR data integrations and troubleshooting.
• Explore and implement AI solutions for HR reporting, data analysis and training.

Work Mode: Hybrid 4 Days Work from Office
Shift: EMEA & AMERICA shifts rotation once a month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Workday Business Analyst with strong experience in Workday, Workday Recruiting (Recruit), and Workday Report Builder. The role will support Global Talent Acquisition teams, analyze HR data, troubleshoot Workday Recruit issues, and manage integrations and HR applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday Recruiting and Global Talent Acquisition system requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Job Application, Hire, Offer and Recruiting-related issues.

• 6+ years of HR Analytics / HR Technology experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday
• Strong experience in Workday Recruiting / Workday Recruit
• Expertise in Workday Report Builder
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore
• Strong Data Analysis, Problem Solving and Data Quality skills
• Experience with ServiceNow / HR ticketing systems
• Strong stakeholder and requirements-gathering experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Good to Have

• API integrations related to HR data
• AI / Generative AI experience in reporting and data analysis
• Business Analysis or Project Management experience
• Experience supporting multiple HR applications

Ideal Candidate Profile

Workday Recruiting + Workday Report Builder + HR Analytics + Business Analysis experience is highly preferred.
