Atyeti Inc is seeking a Senior/Lead Workday Core HCM Consultant in Hyderabad to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Core HCM solutions. The role calls for independently guiding functional discussions with stakeholders and delivering secure, compliant configurations.

Applicants should have 5–12 years of hands-on Workday experience, Core HCM certification (preferred), and deep expertise in Core HCM and security configurations with Payroll exposure.

This role requires a hands‑on functional expert who can independently design, configure, and deliver Workday solutions while leading functional discussions with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Core HCM solutions
• Handle complex Workday functional challenges during implementation phases
• Configure and manage Workday Security (domains, roles, BP security)
• Troubleshoot security and access-related issues
• Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Support testing, defect resolution, and production stabilization
• Act as SME for Core HCM, Security, and Payroll-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-12 years of hands‑on Workday experience
• Workday Core HCM Certification (preferred)
• Strong expertise in Core HCM configuration and business processes
• Deep experience in Workday Security configuration & administration
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Payroll (preferred)
• Strong understanding of functional dependencies and downstream impacts
• Ability to independently drive solution design and delivery
• Experience in stakeholder management and functional leadership
