You will design inbound/outbound integrations, build reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure successful deployments and smooth production support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Workday technical experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday HCM, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Workday HCM technical solutions.
• Design and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
• Develop calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and report-as-a-service (RaaS).
• Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
• Support data conversion, migration, and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer documents.

Required Skills
